A tragic accident occurred in Cinisello Balsamo, near Milan, on October 13, 2024, when a man in his early sixties died after being trapped in a landslide.

The incident happened as he was attempting to fix a water infiltration issue in his garage by digging in his garden.

Unfortunately, the ground gave way, creating a deep pit that engulfed him.

Despite the rapid response from firefighters and emergency services, who worked tirelessly for nearly two hours, the man was found deceased.
