A tragic accident occurred in Milan on the evening of March 14, 2025, claiming the life of a 93-year-old woman from Rome.

The incident took place in an automated parking garage on Via Santa Sofia.

According to initial investigations, the woman had parked her car on an automated platform and exited the vehicle.

Moments later, she returned to the platform, possibly to retrieve something, just as the system activated.
