In a tragic incident in Milan, 34-year-old Rocio Espinoza Romero was fatally struck by a truck while crossing a pedestrian crosswalk with her twin infants and mother.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Viale Renato Serra and Viale Scarampo.

Despite having the green light, the truck driver failed to stop, dragging Rocio for several meters before fleeing the scene.

The driver, a 24-year-old Italian, was later arrested in Arluno.
