A tragic accident claimed the life of a 16-year-old boy in the countryside between Montopoli and Palaia, Pisa, on March 31. The teenager, who attended a local high school, was driving a tractor on his family’s farmland when the vehicle overturned, fatally crushing him.

The accident occurred near the Chiecina stream, likely caused by uneven terrain that destabilized the tractor.

When the boy failed to return home for dinner, his father went searching and discovered the devastating scene.

Emergency services, including firefighters and local authorities, responded to the incident.
