A new public and free digital platform for signing online referendums and popular legislative proposals has been officially launched, following a decree from the Prime Minister's office.

This initiative, spearheaded by Riccardo Magi of the +Europa party, aims to simplify the process of gathering signatures, particularly for the referendum against differentiated autonomy.

The platform, which was supposed to be operational since January 2022, is expected to enhance citizen participation in political processes.

Magi expressed pride in this achievement, highlighting the collaborative efforts with various organizations to make it a reality.

The platform will not only facilitate the collection of signatures but will also be free of charge, alleviating financial burdens on political parties and associations.

This development marks a significant step towards modernizing the democratic process in Italy.
