Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio's LMDV Capital has signed a significant deal to acquire the Twiga brand and four locations from Flavio Briatore's Majestas Group.
This acquisition, set to close in early 2025, will see the creation of a major player in the luxury hospitality sector, with projected revenues of €50 million in 2024 and strong growth expected thereafter.
The deal includes the iconic Billionaire property in Porto Cervo, which will be transformed into a Twiga location.
Del Vecchio aims to enhance Twiga's identity and expand its international presence, while Briatore shifts focus to his role in Formula One.
This move marks a strategic expansion in the luxury dining and hospitality industry, blending Italian tradition with innovation.
