In Milan, a violent robbery on a public bus has led to the arrest of four young men of Egyptian origin.
The incident occurred on February 22, when a group of Spanish students returning from a night out was targeted on the 90 bus line.
The attackers stole necklaces and injured a 22-year-old Erasmus student who tried to defend his friends, stabbing him in the side.
Surveillance cameras on the bus captured the entire event, aiding police in identifying and apprehending the suspects within a week.
The arrests have reignited concerns about public safety and the rising use of knives in street crimes across the city.
