A 19-year-old student from Puglia faced a harrowing ordeal upon arriving in Milan for his university entrance exam.

On September 5th, as he was speaking to his father on the phone, he was attacked by three men outside the Central Station.

The assailants, all with criminal records, robbed him of his belongings, including a backpack and personal items.

Despite the shock and injuries, the student proceeded to take his exam at the Politecnico di Milano before reporting the incident.

The police quickly apprehended the attackers, who were identified with the help of witnesses and surveillance footage.
