A violent brawl involving around 50 people erupted outside a nightclub on Via Filzi, Milan, in the early hours of Sunday.

The altercation left two young men from Ivory Coast injured, with a 22-year-old suffering severe injuries after being brutally beaten by a group of ten attackers.

Witnesses claim the violence was triggered by a dispute over a woman.

Emergency responders managed to revive the critically injured man, who is now recovering in intensive care.

Police are investigating, using video footage from residents to identify the attackers.
