A tragic incident unfolded in Bibione, Italy, where an 8-year-old German girl lost her life while playing in shallow waters.

Despite being under the watchful eyes of her parents, the child suddenly lost consciousness around 6 PM.

Lifeguards and emergency medical personnel rushed to her aid, performing CPR for over an hour, but were unable to revive her.
