Domenico Autiero, a 28-year-old pizza delivery rider, tragically lost his life in a collision while returning to his restaurant in Castellammare di Stabia.

The accident occurred on the Sorrentina highway when his scooter was struck by a car reportedly traveling in the wrong direction.

Witnesses indicated that the vehicle was rented by a group of English tourists.

Despite his efforts to avoid the oncoming car, Autiero was unable to escape the impact and died at the scene.
