In a shocking case of exploitation, two individuals have been arrested in Alba, Italy, for luring young women under the guise of a campaign against violence towards women.

The victims, five in total, were promised opportunities for photo and film shoots in the Albese and Braidese areas.

The arrests, made by local carabinieri, include the owner of a modeling agency and his assistant, with the latter placed under house arrest.

Investigations led by the Asti Prosecutor's Office revealed that these incidents began in April 2023 and continued until February 2024. Authorities believe there may be more victims who have not yet come forward and are urging anyone affected to report the abuse to the carabinieri or the Prosecutor's Office.
